Families interested in applying for financial assistance can explore Sabot’s Tuition Assistance Program, which uses the secure and user-friendly Clarity platform to assess need. This process helps ensure that a Sabot education remains accessible to a wide range of families.

2025-2026 TUITION & FEES

Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year will be available in February 2026.

Tuition covers required activities and materials. Tuition does not cover expenses such as Extended Day, some field trips, after-school activities, and athletics.   There is a one-time, new family fee of $500.

Virginia 529

Families with 529 college savings plans are now able to use those investments to pay up to $10,000 per year in tuition expenses for their children’s K-12 education. Families are encouraged to visit Virginia529.com and to consult with a financial advisor to evaluate the potential benefits available under this new law. To arrange tuition payment through a 529 plan, please contact our Business Office.

2. Create an account and complete the application (less than 30 mins)


3. Submit the $60 application fee


4. Upload the required tax documents (1040 & W-2)

Our Tuition Assistance program is designed to support families based on demonstrated financial need and available funding.

We partner with Clarity Tuition, a secure and user-friendly platform, to process tuition assistance applications. Clarity provides a confidential and comprehensive view of a family’s financial picture, including income, assets, expenses, and debts, to help us determine need. The platform is mobile-friendly, available in English and Spanish, and includes real-time chat support.

APPLICATION DEADLINES


Sabot accepts applications throughout the school year. Priority consideration is given to applications received by January 1.


Preschool Notification Date: mid-February 


Kindergarten Notification Date: late February


Grades 1-8 Notification Date: mid-February


Tuition Assistance Application Deadline:  January 1


Decisions about applications submitted after the deadline will continue on a rolling basis, as space allows.
