Families interested in applying for financial assistance can explore Sabot’s Tuition Assistance Program, which uses the secure and user-friendly Clarity platform to assess need. This process helps ensure that a Sabot education remains accessible to a wide range of families. Tuition Assistance Applications should be submitted at the same time as the Admissions Applications.
Tuition assistance is available to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade.
2026-2027 TUITION & FEES
Information on Tuition & Fees for the 2027-2028 school year will be available in February 2027.
There is a one-time, new family fee of $500
Virginia 529
Families with 529 college savings plans are now able to use those investments to pay up to $20,000 per year in tuition expenses for their children’s K-12 education. Families are encouraged to visit Virginia529.com and to consult with a financial advisor to evaluate the potential benefits available under this new law. To arrange tuition payment through a 529 plan, please contact our Business Office.

3. Submit the $65 application fee
4. Upload the required tax documents (1040 & W-2)
At Sabot School, we believe that cost should not prevent a child from experiencing an exceptional education.
Our Tuition Assistance program is designed to support families based on demonstrated financial need and available funding.
We partner with Clarity Tuition, a secure and user-friendly platform, to process tuition assistance applications. Clarity provides a confidential and comprehensive view of a family’s financial picture, including income, assets, expenses, and debts, to help us determine need. The platform is mobile-friendly, available in English and Spanish, and includes real-time chat support.
For new families, the deadline for tuition assistance priority consideration is given to
families who have completed the application process by January 22, 2027. For returning families, the deadline for tuition assistance applications is December 1, 2026.

- Priority consideration is given to applicants who have completed their
Clarity Tuition Assistance Application by January 22, 2027. Tuition Assistance Applications are due at the same time as Admissions Applications.
Admissions & Tuition Assistance Notifications
- Families receive their admissions notification and tuition assistance notification on the same date. Tuition assistance information is included in the enrollment agreement.
