A graduate of George Mason University with a BA in Philosophy, Shannon Lauer did her graduate studies in Philosophy at the University of Colorado (Boulder). 

Shannon started her work at Sabot in 2014 as a substitute teacher and found Sabot to be a warm and supportive environment full of love and laughter. She is also the parent of two Sabot alums.



In her spare time, she is a community volunteer and also enjoys painting and reading.
