From our Reggio-inspired teaching to our passion for igniting wonder, we’ve been A Small School for Big Change for over a decade. Now, as our model has proven effective and our student body is expanding, we need your help to continue growing Sabot’s home. Our lower and middle school students now occupy the first floor of Honor Hall and are truly excited to be in their new learning spaces where they continue to thrive, map their own educational journey and become the best versions of themselves. Your contribution will do more than buildout the lower level classrooms and middle school science lab, it will provide the space for our students' curiosity to soar.
When you make a donation to the Where the Heart Is campaign, you are not simply funding a building; you are funding community cohesion, pride of place and promises for our children’s future - enhancing our community and their wonder.
Your kindness in supporting today will help us complete the second phase and helps ensure that Sabot can continue our mission for decades to come in these new learning spaces.
Please donate today and help support Sabot's growing home. You may gift in honor or memory of a current or former student or teacher, or gift in honor of a loved one.
By supporting Where the Heart Is campaign, you will make possible purpose-built learning spaces for our curiosity-driven students. Their learning will be even more visible and more powerful in our new, 16,000-square-foot building with 16 classrooms.
Our hearts believe in progress & growth.
This is our foundation. And building a home that honors the beauty and vitality of what happens inside of it will lead us to an even stronger future. The growth of this dedicated learning space will enhance both our home and their exploration.

Thank you to the many supporters who came to witness our ribbon-cutting ceremony for Honor Hall. And thank you to the class of 2023 for making it official!
Sabot has always been about community and relationships. Sabot knows the importance of gathering together. As our school evolves, we know we need more options for gathering spaces – spaces for collaboration, problem-solving, documentation and excitement – where students, faculty and staff and families alike can sit, visit, discover and enjoy the uniquely beautiful landscape that is Sabot's campus.
Our learning environments include the whole campus – the beautiful outdoor spaces that students explore and discover every day. Learning happens in the forest, in the Grow Community Garden, on the playground, and over lunch with friends. The opportunity to be in and a part of the outdoors is essential to our educational approach. The 2023 Fund-a-Cause was initiated to develop the following shared community outdoor spaces. With our community’s support, italicized efforts have either been completed or will begin in the Spring of 2024.
Please donate today and help us raise the much-needed funding to expand and deepen our children’s learning experiences here at this beautiful school of wonder.
Purchase a brick to help us continue to raise funds for the new building and leave your mark on our school’s history. Our brick fundraiser allows you to be a part of something permanent that will help support Sabot’s promising future. All proceeds will benefit Sabot’s ongoing Where The Heart Is campaign for Honor Hall.
Acknowledge and honor alumni, current students, current and former faculty and staff, and family and friends with your brick donation! Choose a favorite saying or sponsor a brick for a specific classroom or graduating year. Simply type in your brick personalization in the "notes" field. Your engraved brick will pave a forever path as a permanent part of our amazing new education building!
Each 4” x 8” Brick is $250 and includes up to three lines of engraving and up to 17 characters per line (spaces included)
Please place orders through June 5, 2024. If you have any questions about the Pave the Way to Sabot's Future brick fundraiser, please contact Beverly George in the development office. You may also email your brick inscription(s) with your receipt to the development office.
Thank you for your continued support!
