Let's Gala!!
The Gala in the Garden is our largest annual in-person fundraising and social event of the year and its success depends on your involvement. Every year, our parents, grandparents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends come together in our infamous Gillette Garden to celebrate our School's program, students, and teacher-researchers. The purpose is to raise funds in support of The Sabot Stronger Fund which provides the vital resources and facilities our students and teachers need – including but not limited to faculty professional development, tuition assistance, upgrades and additions to our shared community spaces, technology and essential programs that benefit our students and more. All of these are integral to the School’s success and are made possible thanks to the generosity of donors like you.
Donating silent and live auction items is a great way to support Sabot—and is always a big hit! The proceeds help raise critical funds to provide our students and teacher-researchers with the vital resources and facilities they deserve.

The Silent Auction is designed for participation from anywhere in the world. Registration is required for online access to the silent auction. (Each individual bidder must sign up separately to bid on items.) Please invite your family and friends, near and far. The more participation, the more fun the bidding will be for all. For those attending the event, items will be displayed in Founders Hall.
Calling all parents, grandparents and friends! Join us and be a part of the 2024 Gala success. Please share your skills and help us make decorations, gather auction items, organize and document silent and live auction donations, set up and break down the event, check-in and check out attendees, and more. Let's get the community excited about this year’s Gala, raise money for a great cause and make our 2024 Gala one to remember!

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Gala is an adult-only affair. Attendees must be adults (ages 21 and older) to attend. We respectfully request that no children or individuals under the age of 21 may attend.
You are welcome to dress in this year's theme: Year of the Dragon, wear your elegant cocktail attire or present your version of casual chic. Most importantly, show up on Saturday, May 4 and share your individual style during an evening of celebration and fun.
Registration for The Gala will be through Event.Gives and tickets will be available for purchase on March 28, and each individual bidder must sign up separately.
Items will be available to view in April 2024!
All proceeds directly benefit our students when supporting The Sabot Stronger Fund.
The Sabot Stronger Fund is comprised of all unrestricted contributions to the school through annual giving, the annual auction, and other small fundraising activities.
