Richard, an avid reader, is a VCU Arts graduate from the Hampton Roads area whose artistic and scholarship focus is on motivation and narrative storytelling. "We are all authors of our own stories," he says, "but one of the most powerful things we can do is collaborate on writing our stories with others."
