Tricia grew up in Midlothian, VA, and moved to London, England, when she was 16 years old. The daughter of two very enthusiastic patrons of the arts, Tricia has spent her life enthralled by creative expression in all forms. After graduating in 2020 from UCLA with a degree in Art History, Tricia worked in contemporary art galleries in Los Angeles and New York City before returning to her roots in Richmond. She comes to Sabot with experience in tutoring students in grades K-5 and an extensive babysitting background. She loves working with young learners because she is constantly inspired by their curiosity, imagination and creativity. Tricia firmly believes every child is a brilliant, unique young person capable of autonomy, compassion, and uninhibited love for the world around them. In her free time, Tricia loves to read, dance, mess about with clay, and play with her silly dog, Goose.
