Micah is a business leader and management consultant with over twenty years of experience building and leading teams across sectors and industries and is a Partner in a small management consulting firm.

Micah holds a B.S. in Economics from Mary Washington and an M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

He joined Sabot’s Board in 2017 after serving on the Finance Committee the previous year. Micah is the chair of the Governance Committee, and co-chair of Sabot’s Head of School Search Committee. Micah and Christy’s daughter, Aghavni graduated Sabot ‘18, and Trinity in ’22, and is now enrolled at University of Tennessee in the Haslam School of Business.
