Amy Pack

Amy was looking for a school with a focus on teaching the whole child and Sabot was a perfect match, especially with the added bonus of being nature-centered. Listening to children and focusing on their social/emotional needs along with academics have always been a focus for her. Amy received her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies/Elementary Education from Longwood University in 2001. Later she went back to school and earned her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in teaching students with English as a second language. After teaching in Title I schools for 15 years, Amy found her home at Sabot in 2017.
